Description: Wheat and barley cRNAs from previous experiments were rehybridized to the new Affymetrix Wheat Genome arrays. Wheat cRNA sample was derived from BB1 experiment (BB1 Hybridization1/ BB1_Sample1), while, barley cRNA was derived from a sample (Mla1-5874-24hai-RepI) in an experiment involving variants of Mla1 and Mla6. Both cRNAs were previously hybridized to the Barley1 GeneChip arrays. This study was conducted to compare results of hybridization between Barley1 and Wheat Genome Arrays, and to assess the integrity of cRNAs over a period of time.
