Probe Set Query by Expression Profile

   Step 1. Select up to three experiments

          Species/Platform/Experiment:
         
         

 
*Select one for single-experiment query.
*Select more experiments for virtual experiment/cross-experiment query.
*Press Ctrl button, and click on experiments to be added.		 

   Step 2. Select expression estimation method:

        
             *Notice: 1. RMA estimation values are in log2 scale in filters 1, and original scale is used in other filters;

   Step 3. Choose a Filter     OR Composite Filters     



 *This filter will be run independently on all selected experiments, and return probe sets meet criteria in all of them.
